We want you to love your new wheels, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn Heelys in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all accessories, including the tool and wheels, are included in the return box.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.
Pack Your Heelys
Place the shoes, wheels, and plugs back into the original Heelys shoebox, then place that box inside a separate shipping carton.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
